Despite us drinking all their beer, eating all their nuts and being a general pain in the arse when we were last there...KK Outlet asked us back down to take part in their summer group exhibtion.
The brief was simple. Create one artwork that advocates a mutual respet for all road users in London. But nothing is very simple in the world of Dorothy, so we sent down three ideas.
Jim went to his usual happy place and designed this postive peace loving poster:
And his evil twin, Phil went to the dark side:
He'd calmed down by the time he designed this beauty whereby the lyrics of Pink Floyd's 'Bike' happily co-existing with the lyrics from Gary Numan's 'Cars' - which some of you more intelligent people might interpret as a metaphor for how cyclists and drivers should behave on the road.
The exhibtion runs until 31st July and includes work from over 30 artists, designers and illustrators including this piece by Pam Et Jenny:
That's a hell of a lot of innocent kittens that have suffered as a result of my daily commute from Liverpool to Manchester.
